22/03/2019, Dr. Wang was selected as one of the eight Karolinska Institutet’s MWLC Associate members. The MWLC Associate Member Programme is aimed to enhance collaborative research between associate members and MWLC faculty members and fellows, and provide strategic competitive financial support to develop collaborative projects/activities.
11/03/2019, one of our PhD applicants, Mr. ZHOU Yang, is awarded the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship (HKPF) for pursuing his PhD in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, HKU. HKPF Scheme aims at attracting the best and brightest students in the world to pursue their PhD studies in Hong Kong's universities. He will join the group in the coming September. Congratulations!
04/03/2019, Dr. Wang received an ~1.5 million HKD of the Health and Medical Research Fund (HMRF) grant to support his work on Development of ultrasound-responsive polymeric nanoreactors for retinoblastoma therapy. HMRF is one of the major research funding schemes in Hong Kong and administered by the Food and Health Bureau of Hong Kong.
